Cartanega

The city of Cartagena, known in the colonial era as Cartagena de Indias  is a major port founded in 1533, located on the northern coast of Colombia in the Caribbean Coast Region. It is the fifth-largest city in Colombia. Cartagena's colonial walled city and fortress were designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The other tourist sites within the city include Colonial architecture with Andalusian style roots, Steps of La Popa mount, Cartagena Gold Museum, Palace of the Inquisition, Clock Tower. 

Medellin

Medellín, officially the Municipality of Medellín is the second-largest city in Colombia and the capital of the department of Antioquia. It is located in the Aburrá Valley, a central region of the Andes Mountains in South America. An electric escalator 1,260 feet long was inaugurated in Comuna 13, one of Medellín's poorest neighborhoods, on December 26, 2011, making it the first and only one of its kind in the world. One of the most visited sites is the Arví Ecotourism Park. In its trails, lakes, forests and streams, one can practice various sports and activities like trekking, kayaking, biking, camping, fishing, swimming, sailing rowing, horseback riding, bike tours and picnics. Museum of Antioquia is the most famous museums in Medellín.

San Andres

San Andrés is a Colombian coral island in the Caribbean Sea. The San Andrés Island, which attracts a large number of visitors, has many places of interest. Some of the important ones are: La Loma with its Baptist Church, a small geyser at Hoyo Soplador, the snorkeling site at La Piscinita, white beaches of San Luis, the coral islet of Johnny Cay, the Pond, Haynes Cay, Morgan's Cave, West View and Acuaro of the coast known for its diving center. The small cay in the San Andres Bay is said to be the most visited place in the Archipelago. El Cove ("the cove") provides the deepest anchorage facilities on the island. Morgan's Cave, named after the Welsh privateer Henry Morgan, was the location where he allegedly hid his treasures. The cave is approached through an underwater passage. There is also a museum here. A seawater aquarium here has good display of Caribbean marine life. West View, as the name suggests, has 3–10 meters (9.8–32.8 ft) depth of water and is a favorite place for snorkeling, swimming and diving.

Arepa

Arepa is a type of food made of ground maize dough or cooked flour prominent in the cuisine of Colombia and Venezuela.The arepa is a flat, round, unleavened patty of soaked, ground kernels of maize, or—more frequently nowadays maize meal or maize flour that can be grilled, baked, fried, boiled or steamed. The characteristics vary by color, flavor, size, and the food with which it may be stuffed, depending on the region. It can be topped or filled with meat, eggs, tomatoes, salad, cheese, shrimp, or fish depending on the meal.

Bandeja Paisa

Bandeja paisa with variations known as bandeja de arriero, bandeja montañera, or bandeja antioqueña, is a typical meal popular in Colombian cuisine.
The main characteristic of this dish is the generous amount and variety of food in a traditional bandeja paisa: red beans cooked with pork, white rice, carne molida (ground meat), chicharrón, fried egg, plantain (plátano maduro), chorizo, arepa, hogao sauce, black pudding (morcilla), avocado and lemon. It is served in a platter or a tray.

Churros

A churro is a fried-dough pastry predominantly choux based snack. They are normally eaten for breakfast dipped in champurrado, hot chocolate, dulce de leche or café con leche. Churros are fried until they become crunchy, and may be sprinkled with sugar. The surface of a churro is ridged due to having been piped from a churrera, a syringe-like tool with a star-shaped nozzle. Churros are generally prisms in shape, and may be straight, curled or spirally twisted.
