Lefkada

Lefkada, also known as Leucas, Leucadia, Lefkas and Leukas is a Greek island in the Ionian Sea on the west coast of Greece, connected to the mainland by a long causeway and floating bridge. The main attractions of Lefkada though are its churches. One of the most beautiful attractions of Lefkada is the castle of Aghia Mavra, which is in the entrance of the island. One of the most important attractions of the island is the Sacred Monastery of Faneromeni. Finally, in the southest point of the island odors the grand Cape Lefkata, a natural monument that is composed of white sheer rocks.

Olympia

Olympia, a sanctuary of ancient Greece in Elis on the Peloponnese peninsula, is known for having been the site of the Olympic Games in classical times. Majour tourist sites include Statue of Zeus, Archaeological Museum of Olympia, Temple of Hera, Philippeion, Palaestra, Archimedes Museum.

Rhodes

Rhodes is the largest of the Dodecanese islands located northeast of Crete, southeast of Athens. It is one of the most popular tourist destinations in Europe. Many of the best tourist attractions are spread around the island and reside within the various villages and resorts, such as Afandou, Lindos, Lardos and Pefkos, which include everything from top nightspots and restaurants, to a golf club and a stunning Acropolis.

Santorini

Santorini is an island in the southern Aegean Sea, about 200 km (120 mi) southeast of Greece's mainland. It is generally marketed as a romantic destination. It attracts visitors with its extraordinary landscape and its ancient archaeological sites. The major tourist sites include Firá, Oia, Caldera, Akrotíri Archaeological Site and Red Beach, Ancient Thira, Pyrgos,  Profitis Ilias, Beach at Perissa.

Courgette Balls

The zucchini balls otherwise know as kolokythokeftedes. They are like meatballs only made with zucchini along with some herbs and feta. They are perfectly round, golden brown, slightly crispy on the outside and warm, soft, moist and tasty on the inside.

Dolmades

Dolmades ( Dolmathes ) refers to Greek dishes made with either cabbage or vine/ grape leaves, stuffed with a delicious herb-y rice mix, shaped into little rolls and boiled until wonderfully tender. Some dolmades recipe variations besides rice, herbs and seasonings also include minced meat (beef and/or pork). The most popular meat dolmades variation are the Lahanodolmades (Greek cabbage rolls).

Moussaka

Moussaka is an eggplant- (aubergine) or potato-based dish, often including ground meat, in the Levant, Middle East, and Balkans, with many local and regional variations. Many versions have a top layer made of milk-based sauce thickened with egg (custard) or flour (béchamel sauce). In Greece, the dish is layered and typically served hot.
