Goa

Goa is a state in India within the coastal region known as the Konkan in India. Goa is visited for its beaches, places of worship and world heritage architecture. One of the biggest tourist attractions in Goa is water sports. Beaches like Baga and Calangute offer jet-skiing, parasailing, banana boat rides, water scooter rides and more. The Bom Jesus Cathedral, Fort Aguada and a new wax museum on Indian history, culture and heritage in Old Goa are other tourism destinations. Goa has two World Heritage Sites: the Bom Jesus Basilica and churches and convents of Old Goa. Fontainhas in Panaji has been declared a cultural quarter, showcasing the life, architecture and culture of Goa.

Kashmir

Kashmir is the northernmost geographical region of the Indian subcontinent. Srinagar is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful places to visit in Kashmir as well as in India. From boating to trekking, bird watching to water skiing, Srinagar place has it all. Famously known as the Meadow of Flowers, Gulmarg is a treat to the eyes with its spread of vibrant flowers against snow capped mountains as backgrounds. Sonamarg has to be in every visitors list of places to visit in Kashmir for its mesmerizing aura and breathtaking views. The thriving meadows, alpine mountains, and the gushing clear water make Kupwara a must visit destination in Kashmir. An unexplored destinations, Hemis is a small village is known for its monastery and national park. It is a must visit in Kashmir in summers if you are a wildlife enthusiast. Rare species like the snow leopard and bharals find shelter in the national park here.

Parvati Valley

Parvati Valley is situated in the northern Indian state of Himachal Pradesh. Kasol is by far the most popular destination in the entire Parvati Valley. Tosh is another popular destination in Parvati Valley famous for trance festivals that are conducted in high season of June-July and for the best scenic views from it's far end. Chalal village is a 20 minute walk from Kasol and a much quieter place to enjoy the serenity of Parvati Valley. Manikaran is famous for its hot springs. Rasol is fairytale village accessed by a short but demanding trek of three-four hours from Kasol.

Udaipur

Udaipur, also knows as City Of Lakes is a major city in the state of Rajasthan. Udaipur is a very popular tourist destination, and known for its history, culture, scenic locations and the Rajput-era palaces. Five majour lakes of the city are Fateh Sagar Lake, Pichola Lake, Swaroop Sagar Lake, Rangsagar and Doodh Talai Lake. The Lake Palace, situated over an island in Lake Pichola is built of white marble and is a luxurious hotel. The Kesariyaji Temple's pinnacles, arches, doors, walls are very artistic, beautiful and fascinating. The Monsoon Palace offers a panoramic view of the city's lakes, palaces and surrounding countryside.

Butter Chicken

Butter chicken or murgh makhani is a dish from the Indian subcontinent, prepared with chicken in a mildly spiced curry sauce. The chicken is usually cooked in a tandoor (traditional clay oven), but may be grilled, roasted, or pan fried. It is served in a mild curry sauce that includes butter. There are many variations on the composition and spicing of the sauce. Spices may include asafoetida, cumin, cloves, cinnamon, coriander, pepper and fenugreek. Cream may be used in the sauce or as a garnish. Cashew paste may be used as a thickener. Garnishes can include butter, cream, green chillies, coriander, and fenugreek.

Chicken Do Pyaaza

Chicken Do Pyaza is a scrumptious non-vegetarian Punjabi dish that is relished with rotis or naan mostly. This Indian dish is basically a delicious curry made with stewing technique and famous for its rich and thick tomato gravy. Eggs are also added in the dish for the exceptional taste. Chicken is cooked in onion and tomato gravy along with spices so you can well imagine the aroma and the flavor.

Rasgulla

Rasgulla is a syrupy dessert popular in the Indian subcontinent. It is made from ball shaped dumplings of chhena (an Indian cottage cheese) and semolina dough, cooked in light syrup made of sugar.
