Chitwan National Park

Chitwan National Park is the first national park in Nepal. Chitwan National Park is one of NepalÂ’s most popular tourist destinations. There are two main entrances to visit the Chitwan National Park: the tourist town of Sauraha in the east and the tranquil Tharu settlement of Meghauli Village in the west. Sauraha is a well-known spot for package tourists and offers a choice of hundreds of hotels, lodges, restaurants and agencies. The Chitwan National Park is home to at least 68 species of mammals. The "king of the jungle" is the Bengal tiger. Leopards are most prevalent on the peripheries of the park. Also, there are many species of birds there.

Mt. Everest Base Camp

Everest Base Camp is either of two base camps on opposite sides of Mount Everest. South Base Camp is in Nepal at an altitude of 5,364 metres. The Everest Base Camp trek on the south side is one of the most popular trekking routes in the Himalayas and is visited by thousands of trekkers each year. Trekkers usually fly from Kathmandu to Lukla to save time and energy before beginning the morning trek to this base camp. From Lukla, climbers trek upward to the Sherpa capital of Namche Bazaar, 3,440 metres (11,290 ft), following the valley of the Dudh Kosi river. It takes about two days to reach the village, which is a central hub of the area. They then trek another two days to Dingboche, 4,260 metres (13,980 ft) before resting for another day for further acclimatization. Another two days takes them to Everest Base Camp via Gorakshep, the flat field below Kala Patthar, 5,545 metres (18,192 ft) and Mt. Pumori.

Pokhara

Pokhara Lekhnath is a metropolis and the largest city of Nepal in terms of area.  It is considered the tourism capital of Nepal[46] in South Asia mainly for adventure tourism and the base for the famous Annapurna Circuit trek. There are many medieval era temples like Barahi temple, Bindhyabasini, Bhadrakali, Talbarahi, Guheshwori, Sitaldevi, Gita mandir temple, Bhimsen temple. The city promotes two major hilltops as viewpoints to see the city and surrounding panorama, World Peace Pagoda built in 1996 across the southern shore of Phewa lake and Sarangkot which is northwest of the city. The city has recently been adorned with a bungee jumping site (the second in Nepal): Water Touch Bunjee Jumping.

Chatamari

Chatamari is a kind of rice crepe. It is a traditional specialty of the Newars of the Kathmandu Valley in Nepal and is eaten during festivals and other special occasions. Chatamari is now widely eaten as a snack, and has become popular among other cultures too. Many restaurants in Kathmandu serve chatamari as an appetizer. There are also small eateries which serve chatamari as the main item on their menu.

Thukpa

Thukpa is a noodle soup. The Nepalese version of thukpa contains chili powder, masala (usually garam masala), which gives it a hot and spicy flavor. It is considered as one of the Indo-Tibetan food, having great influence both from Tibet (noodles/soup) and from South Asia(spices/garam masala).

Yomari

Yomari, also called Yamari, is a delicacy of the Newar community in Nepal. It is a steamed dumpling that consists of an external covering of rice flour and an inner content of sweet substances such as chaku.
