Barcelona

Barcelona is the capital city of the autonomous community of Catalonia in the Kingdom of Spain. The Barri Gòtic (Catalan for "Gothic Quarter") is the centre of the old city of Barcelona. Barcelona has a great number of museums, which cover different areas and eras. The National Museum of Art of Catalonia possesses a well-known collection of Romanesque art, while the Barcelona Museum of Contemporary Art focuses on post-1945 Catalan and Spanish art. Othe majour tourist sites include Basilica de la Sagrada Familia,  Parc Güell: Gaudí's Surrealist Park,  Parc Güell: Gaudí's Surrealist Park,  Amusement Park and Scenic Views in Montjuïc.

Madrid

Madrid is the capital city of the Kingdom of Spain. Full of energy and packed with cultural attractions, Madrid is a modern metropolis that offers a taste of the real Spain. An abundance of art museums and monuments will keep tourists too busy to take siestas. The world-class Prado Museum displays an endless array of masterpieces. Spring or fall are the best times to appreciate Madrid. Seville

Seville is the capital and largest city of the autonomous community of Andalusia and the province of Seville, Spain. Seville's cathedral is the largest Gothic church in Christendom with a majestic tower that was once the minaret of a great mosque. Valencia is on the east coast of Spain. Garlic and Chorizo  Prawns

Chorizo is a type of pork sausage. This dish is made with garlic heated with oil and prawns are added to the crispy chorizo with corriander leaves.

Pulpo A La Gallega

Polbo á feira alternatively known as pulpo estilo feira and pulpo a la gallega is a traditional Spanish Galician dish. This dish is prepared by first boiling the octopus inside a copper cauldron. After the octopus has been boiled, it is trimmed with scissors, sprinkled with coarse salt and paprika (known in Galicia as pemento picante) and drizzled with olive oil. The dish is traditionally served on wooden plates, along with sliced boiled potatoes (with their skins, and known as cachelos) and bread.

Tortilla Espanola

Spanish omelette is the English name for a traditional dish from Spanish cuisine called tortilla española, tortilla de patatas or tortilla de papas. It is an omelette made with eggs and potatoes, sometimes also with onion and/or chives or garlic; fried in oil and often served cold as an appetizer.
